Do items like the book of health or ring of strength exist in this version of the game? If they do,are they still permanent stat
raisers?

Also, on what level (or from what monsters) will you have the best chance of finding them.

As expected, I want to raise my con, dex and Wis mostly, but other stats are welcome also.

They do exist. For most of them you need to be on level 9 or 10. There are a couple types that can be found as high as level 6 (not sure why).
