When I come back to the castle to rest and remove characters that don't need to from the party my gold drops dramatically. After resting and putting them back in I do not gain the lost gold back again

I am just trying out this game on the lite version 2.1g for android

After reading around the site I think I may have uncovered my error, that being that resting takes away the gold PER character rested. That is speculation as the first time it happened I think it was before I rested, but a quick test now was consistant with that result

That could explain it. Perhaps I need to make that clearer on the resting page. Note that if a player does not need to rest, he will NOT be charged, but he WILL still age (after all he is waiting around for his friends to rest).
