Hello please help a new player. 2 of my characters have leveled up. Gained a level how do I level them up.

To gain earned levels, you must rest in the Inn in the Castle. How long you need to rest is a function of the quality of the inn you choose. You need to rest until the check mark appears next to your character while you are in the inn. Note that you can gain at most 2 levels in one dungeon trip.
