Are there any penalties for death if a character is brought back to life using the level 6 Priest spell "Full Raise". I did some testing off this with some trash toons and it seems that there is no penalty to the toon that successfully comes back to life with Full Raise, but the 5th level spell incurs a penalty of -2 CON.

Are there any other penalties to higher level characters or to characters of specific classes or races?

Full raise incurs no penalty. However it can fail, and then you are permanently dead (you can, of course create a Temporal Portal to ensure that you make raise).
